I offer a range of coaching programs suited to the individual. Each starts with a free discovery session so you can experience what working together looks like. Corporate programs, both individual and groups, are also available.

If so, we will meet virtually for a 90-minute discovery coaching session during which you will experience my coaching style and process first hand, free of charge. At the conclusion, we can go over program specifics and discuss start dates, assuming you feel ready to move forward.
